INDEPENDENT LIVING
Your home will be completely self contained, with your own front door allowing privacy and independence you expect. It will be easy to maintain and you will be able to give your new home a personal touch to decorate and furnish as you wish.
You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs or gardening upkeep as we take care of those.
Every apartment is equipped with an Emergency Personal Alarm Call System and telephone point.

HOUSE KEEPER
Our friendly part time House Keeper, with work station in the residents lounge, is available to deal with low level support for you. This may be with personal documents and forms, contacting your G.P. or next of kin, Adult Social Care or hospitals or perhaps making referrals to any support agencies.
The House Keeper’s working hours are clearly stated and notified to all residents.
ACCOMMODATION
Osborne House has six, one bedroom apartments at ground floor level, each with their own external front door. Each ground floor apartment has French doors opening out on to the communal garden.
There are also six first floor studio apartments, each with their own front door leading down to the ground floor communal entrance hallway.
Each apartment is light and airy and incorporates a fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and built-in units, a shower room with W.C. and hand basin. An airing cupboard is also included to each apartment.
EVENTS
Our House Keeper regularly organises events held in the residents lounge, or in our private garden, weather permitting, during the summer months
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The monthly rent includes heating to each apartment and use of all the facilities, although the guest room is available on a first come first served basis, nightly, for a small extra charge.
Each apartment is decorated to a good standard and residents will be expected to keep the apartment in good order throughout their tenancy, save for normal wear and tear.
Otherwise the Association maintains the building at the cost to the Association. No service charges are levied.
