REQUIREMENTS

AGE

Applicants must be a minimum of 55 years of age and should be retired or close to retirement.

INDEPENDENT

Applicants must be capable of independent living.

Osborne House is not accessible for wheelchair users.

LOCAL AREA

Preferred applicants are to be living and resident in the local area of Rushlake Green and Warbleton or have a connection with the Parish or surrounding villages.

ASSURED SHORTHOLD TENANCY AGREEMENT

Each successful applicant will be required to sign our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, with rent payable monthly in advance by standing order.

Additionally, one month’s rent is to be placed on deposit, held within a government authorised deposit protection scheme until the end of the tenancy.
